Operational Footprint
Xcene Research maintains a strong operational presence across key African markets, with established infrastructure, trained investigators, and active study sites in:
Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zambia.
In these countries, we have built end-to-end capabilities including:
- Full clinical operations, project management, and monitoring teams.
- Regulatory and ethics committee relationships for efficient study activation.
- Integrated laboratory support through Xcene Laboratories & Diagnostics, enabling sample management for clinical trials, BA/BE studies, and genomics research.

Expansion Phase
Xcene Research is actively expanding into Egypt, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Congo (DRC), Morocco, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Malawi, Guinea-Bissau, Ethiopia, and Algeria markets with high potential for research growth and regional collaboration.
Our focus in these countries includes:
- Building partnerships with teaching hospitals, research institutions, and regulators.
- Conducting feasibility assessments to identify future trial sites.
- Training and certifying investigators in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
