Researchers and healthcare professionals are invited to submit abstracts for presentation at this landmark scientific symposium.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Title: The title should not exceed 30 words. Capitalize only the first word and proper nouns.
- Authorship: An individual may be the first or presenting author of no more than two abstracts.
- Affiliation & Contact: Full name, email address, phone number and affiliations must be provided for each author.
- Language: All abstracts must be written and submitted in English.
- Font: Arial 12, single paragraph, single spaced in Microsoft Word.
- Originality: Abstracts must contain new information and must not have been previously presented.
- Body: Maximum 300 words excluding title and author details. Include background, methodology, results summary and conclusion.
- Abbreviations: Define abbreviations fully at first mention before using the abbreviation.
- Presentation Format: Indicate preferred format (Oral or Poster).
- Ethical Considerations: Studies involving human participants must have appropriate ethical approval.
- Review Process: Abstracts will be reviewed by a Scientific Committee for relevance, clarity and originality.
